The ROTO-MIX is a powerful, large-capacity batch mixer for coarse soil mixes with coir, compost, and heavy bark. The unique double auger design handles the toughest mixes.

Features industry-leading electronic scale systems for accurate ration batching—compression-type load sensors with 1/10 of 1% accuracy or bar-type sensors with 1/2 of 1% accuracy. Indicators range from basic weigh-up/weigh-down to radio frequency and computer-compatible systems.

Details

- Double Auger Design – Only two augers with one-half to two-thirds less flighting than conventional mixers. Extra heavy, small-diameter wall auger tubes deliver maximum life with less maintenance.
- Tumbling Rotor – Lifts material up to the side augers for end-to-end mixing. Eliminates wedging under the lower auger and reduces load on the drive system.
- Flanged, Double-Flighted Top Auger – Keeps large chunks out of the mixing chamber until processed. Flanged design allows easy removal for maintenance.
- Floating Lower Auger – Relieves pressure automatically when wet or foreign material is loaded into the mixer.
- Precision Scale System – Industry-leading electronic scales for accurate batch rationing. Choose compression-type sensors (1/10 of 1% accuracy) or bar-type sensors (1/2 of 1% accuracy). Indicators range from basic weigh-up/weigh-down to RF and computer-compatible systems.
- Heavy-Duty Drive Assembly – Runs in an enclosed oil bath for durability and reduced maintenance.
